We’re very excited to announce a new suite of services that we’re rolling out today as a beta. DO-it allows residents and businesses to report and track a variety of issues they may experience, instantly get access to data via an interactive map, and report potholes. During our beta, we’re working out the kinks to these services and beginning to build them out as we begin to aggregate this data. Over time, we will be adding new services to DO-it to streamline additional services within the borough.

On June 12th, members of the Governing Body introduced a cohesive vision for the Downtown Streetscape focused on creating a sense of place and distinct personality for the Borough business district. It also celebrates business expression by specifically getting out of the way of our downtown businesses and being sure not to impose requirements upon them while beginning to develop voluntary programs to assist them. Today we’re releasing the first of numerous services we plan on releasing in the month ahead designed to provide residents with more information and give them a voice. Looking to redo your curbs? Sidewalks in need of repair? We’re bringing back the curb & sidewalk program in an effort to provide a cost-effective program through borough coordination. We’ve tightened up the way the program works this year and encourage you to learn more. To join this year’s project, you must submit your application by July 15th.
